1. This order may be cited as the Town of Small Point-Adam's Cove-Blackhead-Broad Cove General Election Deferral Order.

2. Notwithstanding subsection 5(2) of the Municipal Elections Act, it is ordered that the 2025 general election for the Town of Small Point-Adam's Cove-Blackhead-Broad Cove be deferred to April 14, 2026.
