Income and Employment Support Regulations (Amendment) No. 4

Under the authority of section 52 of the Income and Employment Support Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following regulations.

1. Paragraph 8(a) of the Income and Employment Support Regulations is amended by deleting the word "or" at the end of subparagraph (xxv), deleting the semi-colon at the end of subparagraph (xxvi) and substituting a comma and the word "or" and adding immediately after subparagraph (xxvi) the following:

(xxvii) the one-time payment of $500 received by volunteer firefighters and ground search and rescue members who responded to the August 2025 Kingston, Holyrood, Paddy's Pond or Martin Lake wildfires.
