Notice of Protected Water Supply Area of Maloneys River, WS-S-0330, Town of Harbour Main- Chapel's Cove-Lakeview
under the
 Water Resources Act

Under the authority of section 39 of the Water Resources Act, I designate the area generally known as the Maloneys River Protected Water Supply Area, WS-S-0330, for the Town of Harbour Main-Chapel's Cove-Lakeview as a protected public water supply area.

This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of Harbour Main abutted and bounded as follows:
