Special Election for the Town of Port Kirwin Order
under the
Municipal Elections Act

Under the authority of section 7 of the Municipal Elections Act, I make the following Order.

ORDER

Analysis

        1.   Short title

        3.   Returning officer

        4.   Alternate returning officer

Short title

        1. This Order may be cited as the Special Election for the Town of Port Kirwin Order.

Special election

        2. A special election shall be held in the Town of Port Kirwin on July 21, 2026 to elect 5 members of the town council.

                 

Returning officer

        3. Dawn Chaplin is appointed as the returning officer for the purpose of conducting the election referred to in section 2.

Alternate returning officer

        4. Crystal Pardy is appointed as the alternate returning officer.
