Local Service District of Mainland Disestablishment Order
under the
Towns and Local Service Districts Act

Under the authority of section 218 of the Towns and Local Service Districts Act, I make the following Order.

Short title

1. This Order may be cited as the Local Service District of Mainland Disestablishment Order.

Local service district disestablished

2. The Local Service District of Mainland is disestablished.

Repeal

3. The Local Service District of Mainland, Consolidated Newfoundland and Labrador Regulation 289/96, is repealed.

Commencement

4. This Order comes into force on December 1, 2026.
