Short title

1. This Order may be cited as the Local Service District of Three Rock Cove Disestablishment Order.

Local service district disestablished

2. The Local Service District of Three Rock Cove is disestablished.

Repeal

3. The Local Service District of Three Rock Cove, Consolidated Newfoundland and Labrador Regulation 468/96, is repealed.

Commencement

4. This Order comes into force on December 1, 2026.
