Community of Admirals Beach Order
under the
Municipalities Act
(O.C. 96‑170)

Under the authority of section 257 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council makes the following Order.

Schedule


Short title

        1. This Order may be cited as the Community of Admirals Beach Order.

Boundaries

        2. The boundaries of the Community of Admirals Beach are as set out in the Schedule.

Repeal

        3. Newfoundland Regulation 670/78 is repealed.


Schedule

Beginning at the southwestern extremity of Shoal Bay Point and then running in a generally northeasterly direction along the sinuosities of the eastern shoreline of St. Mary's Bay to a point midway between Salmon Brook and Otter‑Rub Stream;

Then running east 4,675 metres, more or less;

Then running south 37° west 7,125 metres, more or less, to a point in the centre line of the Mall Bay Path;

Then running along the centre line of the Mall Bay Path to its point of intersection with the western bank of the stream flowing out of Shoal Bay Pond;

Then running along the western bank of the stream to its point of intersection with the northern shoreline of Shoal Bay;

Then running along the sinuosities of the shoreline in a generally northwesterly direction to a point in the shoreline at the northwest angle of Shoal Bay;

Then running in a generally southwesterly direction along the sinuosities of the western shoreline of Shoal Bay to the point of beginning.

All bearings herein refer to the true meridian and as with distances given are subject to approximation as delineated on the 1:50,000 National Topographic Mapping.
