of Anchor Point Order Under the authority of section 257 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council makes the following Order. ORDER Analysis 1. Short title 2. Boundaries 3. Repeal Schedule Short title 1. This Order may be cited as the Community of Anchor Point Order. Boundaries 2. The boundaries of the Community of Anchor Point are as set out in the Schedule. Repeal 3. Schedule Beginning at a point located at the northeast extremity of an unnamed pond more precisely having grid reference 160760; Then north 45° west a distance of 2,100 metres, more or less, to a point on the eastern shoreline of the Gulf of St. Lawrence between Genge Point and Chambers Point, grid reference 145776; Then along the sinuosities
of the highwater mark in a general southerly
direction to a point where an unnamed brook flows into the Then along the northern bank of the brook across Route 430 to a point entering a reservoir, grid reference 154758; Then along the perimeter of the reservoir in a southeasterly and then northeasterly direction to a point where an unnamed brook enters the reservoir, grid reference 156759; Then north 15° east a distance of 400 metres, more or less, to the point of beginning, grid reference 160760.
