Community of Aquaforte Order
under the
Municipalities Act

Under the authority of section 257 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council makes the following Order.

Short title

1. This Order may be cited as the Community of Aquaforte Order.

Community continued

2. The area commonly known as Aquaforte is continued as a community.

3. Newfoundland Regulation 673/78 is repealed.
