of Bide Arm Order Under the authority of section 257 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council makes the following Order. ORDER Analysis 1. Short title 2. Boundaries 3. Repeal Schedule Short title 1. This Order may be cited as the Community of Bide Arm Order. Boundaries 2. The boundaries of the Community of Bide Arm are as set out in the Schedule. Repeal 3. Schedule Beginning at a point in the eastern
shoreline of Then running in a generally southerly
direction along the eastern shoreline of Then running due east a distance of 2,450 metres, more or less, to a point in the western shoreline of Bide Arm; Then running in a generally northerly direction along the western shoreline to the most northerly point of Bide Arm; Then running in a generally easterly direction along the northern shoreline of Bide Arm to a point at the mouth of the brook which flows out of Bide Arm Big Pond; Then running in a generally southerly direction along the eastern shoreline of Bide Arm to a point at the mouth of the brook which flows out of Big Burnt Brook Pond; Then running in a generally easterly direction along the centre line of the brook to a point at the outlet of Big Burnt Brook Pond; Then running in a generally northeasterly direction along the eastern shoreline of Big Burnt Brook Pond to the most northern point of that pond; Then running north a distance of 5,950 metres, more or less; Then running west a distance of 925 metres, more or less, to a point in the southeast corner of the municipal boundaries of the Town of Roddickton having grid reference 644337; Then running along the southern boundary of Roddickton south 74° 00' west a distance of 2,150 metres, more or less; Then continuing along the boundary west a distance of 1,375 metres, more or less, to the point of beginning.
