of Under the authority of section 257 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council makes the following Order. ORDER Analysis 1. Short title 2. Boundaries 3. Repeal Schedule Short title 1. This Order may be cited as the Community of Brighton Order. Boundaries 2. The boundaries of the Community of Brighton are as set out in the Schedule. Repeal 3. Schedule Beginning at a point on the northern
limit of the causeway crossing Brighton Tickle where the causeway intersects
the shoreline of Then in a general northwesterly and
northeasterly direction along the shoreline of Then in a generally westerly direction
along the southern limit of the aforementioned causeway to a point on the
shoreline of Then in a generally westerly,
northeasterly and southerly direction along the shoreline of Then along the northern limit of the
aforementioned causeway in a generally easterly direction to a point on the
highwater mark on the shoreline of Then in a generally northeasterly,
southeasterly and southwesterly direction along the shoreline of the
aforementioned Then in a southeasterly direction along the southern limit of the aforementioned causeway to a point where the causeway intersects the shoreline; Then in a southwesterly direction along the shoreline a distance of approximately 200 metres to a point, that point having a grid reference of 983881; Then south 25° west a distance of 1.55 kilometres, more or less, to the northern tip of an unnamed pond; Then due west a distance of 350 metres, more or less, to the eastern limit of the right‑of‑way of the highway to Brighton; Then in a northerly direction along the eastern limit of the aforementioned right‑of‑way a distance of 400 metres, more or less; Then due west a distance of 450 metres, more or less, to a point on the highwater mark of the eastern shoreline of Pilley's Tickle; Then in a generally northeasterly and southeasterly direction along the sinuosities of the aforementioned shoreline passing Hynes Cove and Budgells Cove a distance of approximately 2.55 kilometres to a point on the western limit of the causeway crossing Brighton Tickle; Then in a northeasterly direction along the western limit of the aforementioned causeway a distance of approximately 150 metres to the point of commencement.
