mark due north of the lighthouse at Beach Point on the eastern shoreline of Then in a southerly direction along the sinuosities of the western shoreline of Fortune Bay to the southern extremity of Black Cove at grid reference 199631, NTS sheet No. 1M/11 edition 2; Then north 48° 00' west 950 metres, more or less, to a high point, locally known as Belleoram Hill; Then north 41° 30' west 1,700 metres, more or less, to a high point, locally known as Big Hill; Then north 17° 30' east 950 metres, more or less, to a high point, locally known as Beaver Barren Hill; Then south 65° 30' east 550 metres, more
or less, crossing Belleoram ‑ Then in a southerly
