of Under the authority of section 3 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council makes the following Order. ORDER Analysis 1. Short title 2. Boundaries 3. Repeal Schedule Short title 1. This Order may be cited as the Town of Bonavista Order. Boundaries 2. The boundaries of the Town of Repeal 3. Schedule Beginning at a point at the highwater
mark in the southernmost point of an unnamed cove lying due south 1,700 metres,
more or less, of Then south 17° 30' west a distance of 4,750 metres, more or less, to the northernmost point of an unnamed pond; Then south 77° 00' east a distance of 4,050 metres, more or less, to the intersection of the centre lines of Highway 230 and the abandoned Elliston access road; Then in a northeasterly direction along the centre line of the abandoned Elliston access road to a point on a line perpendicular to and 150 metres from the centre line of Highway 230; Then in a northerly direction parallel to and 150 metres from the centre line of Highway 230 to a point 150 metres north of and on a line perpendicular to the centre line of Highway 238; Then in a northeasterly direction parallel to and 150 metres from the centre line of Highway 238 to a point on the boundary of the Bonavista watershed; Then in a northeasterly direction along the watershed boundary to a point, that point being a horizontal control monument on Burnt Ridge; Then north 35° 30' west a distance of 2,700 metres, more or less, to a high point; Then north 10° 00' east a distance of 3,200 metres, more or less, to a point at the highwater mark on the southern shore of Lance Cove; Then running in a generally northerly
direction along the sinuosities of the eastern shoreline of Then running in a
