of Under the authority of section 257 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council makes the following Order. ORDER Analysis 1. Short title 2. Boundaries 3. Repeal Schedule Short title 1. This Order may be cited as the Community of Charlottetown Order. Boundaries 2. The boundaries of the Community of Charlottetown are as set out in the Schedule. Repeal 3. Schedule Beginning at a point on the southern Then in a generally southwesterly direction along the western bank of the unnamed brook a distance of 100 metres, more or less, to a point where the stream flows out of an unnamed pond; Then in a generally southerly direction along the western bank of the unnamed pond a distance of 150 metres, more or less, to a point on the northern bank of an unnamed stream where the stream flows into the pond; Then in a generally westerly direction along the northern bank of the unnamed stream a distance of 2,550 metres, more or less, to a point on the western end of an unnamed pond where an unnamed stream flows into the pond; Then north 82° west a distance of 800 metres, more or less; Then south 35° west a distance of 1,750 metres, more or less; Then south 8° 30' east a distance of 2,400 metres, more or less; Then south 80° 30' east a distance of 3,250 metres, more or less; Then north 89° east a distance of 1,550 metres, more or less; Then north 33° east a distance of 3,100 metres, more or less, to a point on the southern shoreline of White Bear Arm; Then in a generally northwesterly direction along the shoreline of White Bear Arm, passing the Community of Charlottetown, a distance of 5,075 metres, more or less, to the point of commencement.
