of Crow Head Order Under the authority of section 257 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council makes the following Order. ORDER Analysis 1. Short title 2. Boundaries 3. Repeal Schedule Short title 1. This Order may be cited as the Community of Crow Head Order. Boundaries 2. The boundaries of the Community of Crow Head are as set out in the Schedule. Repeal 3. Schedule Beginning at a point at the highwater
mark of Lower Head, that point being the most westerly point of North
Twillingate Then running in a generally northeasterly direction along the shoreline at the highwater mark to the most northerly tip of Long Point; Then running in a generally southeasterly direction along the shoreline to Horney Head; Then running in a generally southerly direction at the highwater mark to the most southerly point of Connert Head Cove; Then running south 41° 30' west a distance of 2 kilometres, more or less, to a point at the highwater mark on the western shoreline of North Twillingate Island, that point being north of Davy Button Cove, and at a distance of 300 metres northeast of Bread and Butter Point; Then running along the shoreline at the highwater mark by way of Mudford Cove and Crow Head to the point of beginning.
