of Daniel's Harbour Order Under the authority of section 257 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council makes the following Order. ORDER Analysis 1. Short title 2. Boundaries 3. Repeal Schedule Short title 1. This Order may be cited as the Community of Daniel's Harbour Order. Boundaries 2. The boundaries of the Community of Daniel's Harbour are as set out in the Schedule. Repeal 3. Schedule Beginning at a point on the highwater mark on the eastern shoreline of the Gulf of St. Lawrence, that point being Cliffy Point with co‑ordinates north 5 561 060 metres and east 456 030 metres; Then in a general northerly direction
along the sinuosities of the shoreline to a point,
that point being the highwater mark where Bowing
Brook enters the Then in a general southeasterly direction along the southern bank of the brook to the outlet of an unnamed pond; Then following the southern shoreline of the pond to a point, that point being where Bowing Brook enters the pond; Then in a generally southeasterly direction along the southern bank of the brook to a point, that point being where the brook forks, and more specific having co‑ordinates north 5 567 070 metres and east 459 090 metres; Then south 10° 30' west a distance of 4,500 metres, more or less, to a point on the northwestern shoreline of Portland Creek Pond; Then in a general southwesterly direction along the sinuosities of the shoreline of the pond to a point where an unnamed stream enters the pond; Then in a general westerly direction along the northern shoreline of the brook to a point, that point being where the unnamed stream outlets an unnamed pond; Then north 79° 30' west a distance of 700 metres, more or less, to a point of beginning. All bearings herein refer to grid north and as with distances and/or co‑ordinates given are subject to approximation as delineated on the 1:50,000 National Topographic Mapping. 635/78; 24/91 ©Earl G.
