Consolidated Newfoundland Regulation 1996

Local Service District of Deep Bay
under the
Municipalities Act
(O.C. 96‑170)

Under the authority of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council makes the following Order.

District continued

1. The area comprising the community of Deep Bay, Fogo Island, is continued as a local service district by the name of the Local Service District of Deep Bay.

Boundaries

2. The boundaries for the local service district shall be the area commonly known as Deep Bay.

Repeal

3. Newfoundland Regulations 51/81 and 45/87 are repealed.
