Local Service District of Flat Bay Brook River
under the
Municipalities Act

Under the authority of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council makes the following Order.

1. The area comprising the community of Flat Bay Brook River is continued as a local service district by the name of the Local Service District of Flat Bay Brook River.

Boundaries

2. The boundaries for the local service district shall be the area commonly known as Flat Bay Brook River.

Repeal

3. Newfoundland Regulation 303/85 is repealed.
