Local Service District of Fox Island River ‑ Point au Mal
under the
Municipalities Act
(O.C. 96‑170)

Under the authority of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council makes the following Order.

ORDER

Analysis

        1.   District continued

        2.   Boundaries

        3.   Repeal

District continued

        1. The area comprising the communities of Fox Island River and Point au Mal is continued as a local service district by the name of the Local Service District of Fox Island River ‑ Point au Mal.

Boundaries

        2. The boundaries for the local service district shall be the area comprising the communities commonly known as Fox Island River and Point au Mal.

Repeal

        3. Newfoundland Regulation 232/91 is repealed.
