Town of Flower's Cove Order
under the
Municipalities Act
(O.C. 96-170)

Under the authority of section 3 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council makes the following Order.

ORDER

Analysis

Schedule

Short title

        1. This Order may be cited as the Town of Flower's Cove Order.

Boundaries

        2. The boundaries of the Town of Flower's Cove are as set out in the Schedule.

Repeal

        3. Newfoundland Regulation 640/78 is repealed.

Schedule

Beginning at a point at highwater mark in the northeast angle of Nameless Cove and then running due east 2,850 metres, more or less;

Then running south 39° west 5,450 metres, more or less;

Then running north 31° west 2,500 metres, more or less, to a point at highwater mark at the western tip of Doyle's Point;

Then running along the sinuosities of the shoreline at highwater mark by way of Flower's Cove, Capstan Point and Nameless Cove to the point of beginning.

All bearings being referred to the true meridian.
