Under the authority of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council makes the following Order.

District continued

1. The area comprising the communities of Clarke's Head, Wings Point, Victoria Cove and Rodgers Cove is continued as a local service district by the name of the Local Service District of Gander Bay North.

Boundaries

2. The boundaries for the local service district shall be the area comprising the communities commonly known as Clarke's Head, Wings Point, Victoria Cove and Rodgers Cove.

3. Newfoundland Regulation 176/84 is repealed.
