of Hampden Order Under the authority of section 257 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council makes the following Order. ORDER Analysis 1. Short title 2. Boundaries 3. Repeal Schedule Short title 1. This Order may be cited as the Community of Hampden Order. Boundaries 2. The boundaries of the Community of Hampden are as set out in the Schedule. Repeal 3. Schedule Beginning at a point 925 metres, more or less, northeast of Clift Point in the shoreline of Morgan Cove and then running in a generally southwesterly direction along the western shoreline of White Bay to a point at the mouth of Hampden River; Then running in a generally
northeasterly direction along the eastern shoreline of Then running east a distance of 450 metres, more or less, to a point on Oody Mountain; Then running south a distance of 4,875 metres, more or less; Then running west a distance of 2,750 metres, more or less, to a point in the centre of Rushy Bridge spanning Hampden River; Then running north 60° west a distance of 2,600 metres, more or less, to the most southern point of Crooked Pond; Then running north a distance of 6,850 metres, more or less; Then running east 5,175 metres, more or less, to the point of beginning.
