of Hughes Brook Order Under the authority of section 257 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council makes the following Order. ORDER Analysis 1. Short title 2. Boundaries 3. Repeal Schedule Short title 1. This Order may be cited as the Community of Hughes Brook Order. Boundaries 2. The boundaries of the Community of Hughes Brook are as set out in the Schedule. Repeal 3. Schedule Beginning at a point, that point being the centre point of the bridge (Route 61) over Hughes Book; Then following the centre thread of Hughes Brook in a generally northeasterly direction to a point at the mouth of an unnamed stream from the east, that point being a direct distance of 1,825 metres, more or less; Then following the south bank of the unnamed stream in a generally southeasterly direction a direct distance of 775 metres, more or less, to the point of intersection with the centre line through the southern abutment of a bridge over the unnamed stream; Then running in a straight southwesterly direction to the point of intersection with Route 61, that point being given as approximately 1,400 metres from the bridge over Hughes Brook; Then north 80° 30' west to Hughes Brook and then along its centre thread in a generally northeasterly direction to the point of commencement.
