Consolidated Newfoundland Regulation 1996

Local Service District of Hopeall
under the
Municipalities Act

Under the authority of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council makes the following Order.

1. The area comprising the community of Hopeall is continued as a local service district by the name of the Local Service District of Hopeall.

Boundaries

2. The boundaries for the local service district shall be the area commonly known as Hopeall.

Repeal

3. Newfoundland Regulation 293/85 is repealed.
