of Under the authority of section 257 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council makes the following Order. ORDER Analysis 1. Short title 2. Boundaries 3. Repeal Schedule Short title 1. This Order may be cited as the Community of Jackson's Arm Order. Boundaries 2. The boundaries of the Community of Jackson's Arm are as set out in the Schedule. Repeal 3. Schedule Beginning at a point, that point being the centre of the southern side of the bridge spanning an unnamed brook which flows into The Bottom where the unnamed brook flows out of an unnamed pond; Then north 29° east a distance of 1,050 metres, more or less, to a point, that point being the centre of an unnamed brook where the unnamed brook flows into The Bottom; Then following the sinuosities of Jackson's Arm in a generally northeasterly direction 6,500 metres, more or less, to a point, that point being the easternmost point in Godfather Cove known as Godfather Point; Then north 8° 30' west 600 metres, more or less, to the summit of an unnamed hill; Then north 71° 30' west a distance of 800 metres, more or less, to the southern tip of an unnamed pond; Then south 85° west a distance of 3,450 metres, more or less, to the summit of an unnamed hill; Then south 78° 30' west a distance of 700 metres, more or less, to a point, that point being on the western bank of an unnamed stream where the unnamed stream flows into an unnamed pond; Then in a generally southwesterly direction along the western shore of the pond a distance of 1,200 metres, more or less, to a point, that point being on the southern bank of an unnamed stream where the unnamed stream flows into the pond; Then in a generally northwesterly direction along the southern bank of the stream a distance of 550 metres, more or less; Then due south a distance of 1,350 metres, more or less, to the intersection with Route 420; Then in a generally northeasterly direction along the western limit of Route 420 a distance of 1,050 metres, more or less; Then south 58° 30' east a distance of 1,450 metres, more or less, to the point of commencement.
