of Under the authority of section 3 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council makes the following Order. ORDER Analysis 1. Short title 2. Boundaries 3. Repeal Schedule Short title 1. This Order may be cited as the Town of King's Point Order. Boundaries 2. The boundaries of the Town of Repeal 3. Schedule Beginning at a point, that point being on the highwater mark on the southern bank of Corner Brook where the brook enters Corner Brook Cove, South West Arm, more specific having co‑ordinates north 5 495 875 metres and east 559 150 metres; Then in a general southerly direction following the sinuosities of the shoreline of Southwest Arm passing King's Point to a point on the highwater mark where an unnamed stream enters the arm, more specific having co‑ordinates north 5 491 500 metres and east 559 950 metres; Then in a southeasterly direction along the western bank of the stream to a point, that point being where the unnamed stream outlets an unnamed pond; Then south 53° 30' west a distance of 4,650 metres, more or less, to a point, that point being the southernmost tip of an unnamed pond, more specific having co‑ordinates north 5 488 300 metres and east 556 600 metres; Then north 27° 00' west a distance of 2,700 metres, more or less, to a point, that point being the summit of an unnamed hill; Then north 36° 30' west a distance of 6,400 metres, more or less, to the point of beginning. All bearings herein refer to grid north and as with distances and/or co‑ordinates given are subject to approximation as delineated on the 1:50,000 National Topographic Mapping. 41/91 ©Earl G.
