Community of Mary's Harbour Order
under the
Municipalities Act
(O.C. 96‑170)

Under the authority of section 257 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council makes the following Order.

Short title

1. This Order may be cited as the Community of Mary's Harbour Order.

Community continued

2. The area commonly known as Mary's Harbour is continued as a community.

3. Newfoundland Regulation 737/78 is repealed.
