of Under the authority of section 3 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council makes the following Order. ORDER Analysis 1. Short title 2. Boundaries 3. Repeal Schedule Short title 1. This Order may be cited as the Town of Mount Carmel ‑ Mitchells Brook ‑ St. Catherine's Order. Boundaries 2. The boundaries of the Town of Repeal 3. Schedule Beginning at Harricott Point at the northern entrance to Salmonier Arm and then running north 47° east 11,425 metres, more or less, to the point where Rattling Brook crosses the main highroad at Colinet; Then running north 45° east 7,775 metres, more or less, to a point; Then running south 24° east 7,000 metres, more or less; Then running south 49° west 7,000 metres, more or less, to a point at the outlet of Mosquito Pond; Then running along the west bank of Mosquito Brook in a generally northwesterly direction to a point where the west bank intersects the southern shoreline of the Salmonier Arm; Then running in a generally
northeasterly direction along the southern shoreline of Salmonier Arm to a
point in the east abutment of the concrete bridge spanning the Then running in a generally
northwesterly direction and crossing the river to a point in the west abutment
