mark where Colliers Bay Brook empties into Then following the western bank of Colliers Bay Brook in a southwesterly direction to Route 201; Then due south 2,000 metres, more or less, to the junction of a brook flowing out of John Newhook's Pond and Colliers Bay Brook; Then south 49° 00' east 1,550 metres, more or less, to Murphy's Cove Brook; Then south 87° 00' east 2,600 metres, more or less, to the western shoreline of Chapel Arm; Then in a northwesterly direction following the highwater shoreline to the point of commencement.
