of Under the authority of section 3 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council makes the following Order. ORDER Analysis 1. Short title 2. Boundaries 3. Repeal Schedule Short title 1. This Order may be cited as the Town of North West River Order. Boundaries 2. The boundaries of the Town of North West River are as set out in the Schedule. Repeal 3. Schedule Beginning at a point on the western shoreline of Lake Melville, that is to say, at a point situate approximately 3,000 metres northward via the shoreline of The Bight from a horizontal control point, elevation 0.6 metres, that point of beginning bearing south 67° 15' west approximately 4,000 metres from a horizontal control point, elevation 3.4 metres, on (the east island of) the Montagnais Islands; Then along a bearing of alignment with a hilltop known traditionally as Sunday Hill running due west 1,900 metres, more or less, to and then running southward along the eastern shoreline of Little Lake to and then running eastward along the northern bank of North West River to and then running northward along the shoreline of The Bight to the point of commencement.
