of Northern Arm Order
Under the authority of section 3 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council makes the following Order.
1. Short title
1. This Order may be cited as the Town of Northern Arm Order.
2. The boundaries of the Town of
Beginning at a point at the mouth of an
unnamed brook on the northern shoreline of the
Then running west a distance of 5,050 metres, more or less;
Then running south 21° west a distance of 8,600 metres, more or less, to the northern bank of Northern Arm Brook;
Then running in a generally easterly direction along the northern bank to the mouth of Northern Arm Brook;
Then running in a generally
northwesterly and northeasterly direction along the shoreline of Northern Arm
Then continuing in a
generally northeasterly direction along the northern shoreline of
All bearings being referred to the true meridian.
