Consolidated Newfoundland Regulation 1996

Local Service District of Open Hall ‑ Red Cliffe
under the
Municipalities Act

Under the authority of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council makes the following Order.

1. The area comprising the communities of Open Hall and Red Cliffe is continued as a local service district by the name of the Local Service District of Open Hall ‑ Red Cliffe.

Boundaries

2. The boundaries for the local service district shall be the area comprising the communities commonly known as Open Hall and Red Cliffe.

Repeal

3. Newfoundland Regulation 251/91 is repealed.
