Consolidated Newfoundland Regulation 1996 CONSOLIDATED Community
of Pacquet Order Under the authority of section 257 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council makes the following Order. ORDER Analysis 1. Short title 2. Boundaries 3. Repeal Schedule Short title 1. This Order may be cited as the Community of Pacquet Order. Boundaries 2. The boundaries of the Community of Pacquet are as set out in the Schedule. Repeal 3. Schedule Beginning at Rouge Point at the southern entrance to the northwest arm of Pacquet Harbour and then running along the western boundary of Woodstock south 70° west a distance of 5,175 metres, more or less, to a point at the extreme western end of a small pond which empties into Mill Pond; Then running north 25° east a distance of 6,400 metres, more or less, to a point at the mouth of a small brook which empties into Hardy Harbour; Then running in a generally easterly
direction along the shoreline to the most northern point of Then running in a generally southerly and southeasterly direction along the sinuosities of the shoreline via Teakettle Cove and Little Pacquet to PeLee Point; Then running along the sinuosities of the north, west and south shorelines of Northwest Arm via Pacquet to the point of beginning.
