of Parson's Pond Order Under the authority of section 257 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council makes the following Order. ORDER Analysis 1. Short title 2. Boundaries 3. Repeal Schedule Short title 1. This Order may be cited as the Community of Parson's Pond Order. Boundaries 2. The boundaries of the Community of Parson's Pond are as set out in the Schedule. Repeal 3. Schedule Beginning at the northern junction of an old section of Highway 73 through the Community of Three Mile Rock with the realignment of Highway 430; Then running due west to the Then following the gulf coastline in a
generally northeasterly direction by way of Then running due east to the summit of
Three Mile Hill at a highway border point, that point being 4,500 metres via
Highway 430 from the northern abutment of Then proceeding due east 1,700 metres, more or less, to a point on a tributary to Parsons Pond River; Then running due south 4,950 metres, more or less, to the centre point of a cart track bridge over a tributary to Parsons Pond; Then running due west, crossing the outlet to Parsons Pond River, locally known as The Narrows, to the west bank of Parsons Pond and then along the west bank to the tip of an eastward protuberance, that tip bearing south 28° 30' west 1,600 metres, more or less, from the cart track bridge; Then running due west 3,300 metres, more or less, to the point of commencement.
