of Point May Order Under the authority of section 257 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council makes the following Order. ORDER Analysis 1. Short title 2. Boundaries 3. Repeal Schedule Short title 1. This Order may be cited as the Community of Point May Order. Boundaries 2. The boundaries of the Community of Point May are as set out in the Schedule. Repeal 3. Schedule Beginning at the point of highest elevation on Middle Ridge; Then running north 45° west a distance of 2,750 metres, more or less; Then running south 63° west a distance of 1,750 metres, more or less, to the point of highest elevation on LeBeach Hill; Then running north 9° east a distance of 1,200 metres, more or less, to a point at the mouth of a small brook which empties into LeBeach Cove; Then running in a generally southerly direction along the shoreline to Pieduck Point; Then continuing along the shoreline in a generally southeasterly direction to Flagstaff Point; Then running north 48° east a distance of 1,800 metres, more or less, to the point of highest elevation of Piercey Hill; Then running north 38° west a distance of 8,400 metres, more or less; Then running north 30° east a distance of 5,200 metres, more or less, to the point of beginning.
