Community of Pool's Cove Order
under the
Municipalities Act

Under the authority of section 257 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council makes the following Order.

Short title

1. This Order may be cited as the Community of Pool's Cove Order.

Boundaries

2. The boundaries of the Community of Pool's Cove are as set out in the Schedule.

Repeal

3. Newfoundland Regulation 779/78 is repealed.

Schedule

Beginning at the highway between Salmon River and Turnip Cove and running along the stream from Jim Grandy's Pond to Dicks Beach;

Then following the coastline of North Bay by way of Turnip Cove and Pool's Cove to the mouth of a stream from Big Mesh Pond;

Then following the stream to Big Mesh Pond and then running northwardly to the place of beginning.
