Consolidated Newfoundland Regulation 1996

Local Service District of Pidgeon Cove ‑ St. Barbe
under the
Municipalities Act
(O.C. 96‑170)

Under the authority of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council makes the following Order.

District continued

1. The area comprising the communities of Pidgeon Cove and St. Barbe is continued as a local service district by the name of the Local Service District of Pidgeon Cove ‑ St. Barbe.

Boundaries

2. The boundaries for the local service district shall be the area comprising the communities commonly known as Pidgeon Cove and St. Barbe.

Repeal

3. Newfoundland Regulation 176/87 is repealed.
