of Under the authority of section 3 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council makes the following Order. ORDER Analysis 1. Short title 2. Boundaries 3. Repeal Schedule Short title 1. This Order may be cited as the Town of Boundaries 2. The boundaries of the Town of Repeal 3. Schedule Commencing at a point, that point being the most westerly point of Pointe Ricke at the highwater mark in the Gulf of St. Lawrence; Then following the sinuosities of the
shoreline in a generally northerly and easterly direction passing through Black
Point, Barbace Point, Black Arm to a point, that point
being at the mouth of a river which flows into Then south 5° west a distance of 550 metres, more or less, to where the river crosses Highway 73; Then south 16° west a distance of 5,000 metres, more or less, to a point; Then following the common boundary south 69° 30' west a distance of 1,900 metres, more or less, to the northeastern extremity of an unnamed pond; Then following the sinuosities of the southern bank of the pond in a generally westerly direction to the most westerly extremity of the pond; Then running along the eastern bank of a
