of Then in a westerly direction along the southern sideline of Portugal Cove Road crossing Old Broad Cove Road to a point on a power line at co‑ordinates north 5 274 326 metres and east 318 440 metres; Then in a southwesterly direction along the power (centre) line to a point at co‑ordinates north 5 274 077 metres and east 318 254 metres; Then south 87° 15' west 332 metres, more or less, to a high point, Crown Lands control monument No. 029006, spot elevation 180.41 metres, that point being on the watershed boundary; Then in a southwesterly direction along the watershed boundary 230 metres, more or less, to a high point, spot elevation 180.9 metres; Then south 31° 00' east 218 metres, more or less, to a point on the southern side of Old Broad Cove Road, that point having co‑ordinates north 5 273 685 metres and east 317 908 metres; Then in a westerly direction along the
southern sideline of the road to a point, again on the Then in a general southerly direction following
the Then south 28° 00' west along the cut line 517 metres, more or less, to a point on the northern extremity of Healeys Pond at co‑ordinates north 5 270 956 metres and east 316 710 metres; Then following the shoreline of the pond in southerly and easterly direction to a point on its southeastern extremity at co‑ordinates north 5 270 310 metres and east 316 504 metres; Then due south 10 metres, more or less, to a point on the northern sideline of Thorburn Road at co‑ordinates north 5 270 300 metres and east 316 504 metres; Then in an easterly direction along the northern sideline of the road to a point at co‑ordinates north 5 270 349 metres and east 316 882 metres; Then due north 20 metres, more or less, to a point on the southern shoreline of Gull Pond at co‑ordinates north 5 270 369 metres and east 316 882 metres; Then in an easterly direction along the southern shoreline of the pond to a point on the western bank of an unnamed stream flowing out of Powers Pond; Then in a southerly direction along the western bank of the stream to a point on the northwest shoreline of the pond; Then in a westerly direction along the northern shoreline of the pond 45 metres, more or less, to a point at co‑ordinates north 5 270 046 metres and east 317 397 metres; Then south 86° 00' west 947 metres, more or less, to a point on the northern shoreline of an unnamed pond at co‑ordinates north 5 269 984 metres and east 316 451 metres; Then in a southerly direction along the western shoreline of the pond to a point on the northern bank of an unnamed indefinite stream at the southern tip of the pond; Then in a westerly direction along the northern bank of the stream to a point on the northwestern extremity of Barking Kettle Pond; Then in a westerly direction along the northern bank of the pond to a point on the southern bank of an unnamed indefinite stream on the western extremity of the pond; Then in a westerly direction along the southern bank of the stream to and along the southern bank of Broad Cove River to a point on the Broad Cove River watershed at co‑ordinates north 5 269 932 metres and east 315 460 metres; Then in a general southerly direction
along the watershed boundary to a point on Then north 84° 30' west 400 metres, more or less, to a point in a power transmission (centre) line at co‑ordinates north 5 268 577 metres and east 313 583 metres; Then north 5° 00' east 430 metres, more or less, to a high point, Crown Lands control monument No. 026660, spot elevation 185.62 metres; Then north 11° 00' west 1,290 metres, more or less, to a high point, spot elevation 176 metres; Then north 32° 15' west 1,290 metres, more or less, to the centre point in a culvert situate approximately 9/10 kilometres southwestward via Horse Cove Line from the Dog Berry Hill Road intersection and more particularly 107 metres northeastward from Crown Lands control monument No. 026666; Then in a general northwesterly crossing Horse Cove Line via the centre line of the culvert or stream, unnamed, to a point on the highwater mark of Conception Bay at co‑ordinates north 5 271 475 metres and east 312 536 metres; Then in a general northeasterly direction following the sinuosities of the shoreline passing Broad Cove, Goat Cove, Beach Cove, Portugal Cove to Ore Head, the point of beginning. All bearings refer to grid north, central meridian 53° west longitude, and as with distances and co‑ordinates given are subject to approximation as delineated on the 1:12,500 and 1:2500 Crown Lands and Surveys Division Mapping, 1973/78 editions. 234/91; 162/92 ©Earl G.
