Community of Red Bay Order
under the
Municipalities Act
(O.C. 96-170)

Under the authority of section 257 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council makes the following Order.

Short title

1. This Order may be cited as the Community of Red Bay Order.

Community continued

2. The area commonly known as Red Bay, including Saddle Island, is continued as a community.

Repeal

3. Newfoundland Regulations 793/78 and 100/79 are repealed.
