Town of Ramea Order
under the
Municipalities Act
(O.C. 96-170)

Under the authority of section 3 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council makes the following Order.

Short title

1. This Order may be cited as the Town of Ramea Order.

Boundaries

2. The boundaries of the Town of Ramea are the northwest island of the Ramea Islands which contains Ship Cove, Muddy Hole, Hatcher's Point and the Beach.

3. Newfoundland Regulation 788/78 is repealed.
