of Under the authority of section 3 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council makes the following Order. ORDER Analysis 1. Short title 2. Boundaries 3. Repeal Schedule Short title 1. This Order may be cited as the Town of Robert's Arm Order. Boundaries 2. The boundaries of the Town of Repeal 3. Schedule Beginning at the most western point in the shoreline of Bear Cove and then running north 48° west a distance of 1,575 metres, more or less; Then running north 72° west a distance of 1,100 metres, more or less; Then running south 55° west a distance of 5,800 metres, more or less; Then running south a distance of 2,675 metres, more or less, to a point in the mouth of Island Pond Brook where it empties into Crescent Lake; Then running in a generally
southeasterly direction along the southern shoreline of Then running east a distance of 8,075 metres, more or less, to a point in the western shoreline of Sops Arm; Then running in a generally northeasterly direction along the western shoreline of Sops Arm to the most northern point of Sops Head; Then running north 29° west a distance of 2,500 metres, more or less, to a point in the southeast angle of Measles Cove; Then running in a generally westerly direction along the sinuosities of the shoreline to the most western point of the southern entrance to Hammer Cove; Then running along the
