Community of Sandringham Order
under the
Municipalities Act
(O.C. 96‑170)

Under the authority of section 257 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council makes the following Order.

ORDER

Schedule


Short title

        1. This Order may be cited as the Community of Sandringham Order.

Boundaries

        2. The boundaries of the Community of Sandringham are as set out in the Schedule.

Repeal

        3. Newfoundland Regulation 833/78 is repealed.


Schedule

Beginning at a point in the most eastern angle of Long Pond;

Then running north 8° 30' east 4,275 metres, more or less, to a point on the southern shoreline of the northeast arm of Alexander Bay;

Then running in a generally southwest direction along the sinuosities of the southern shoreline of northeast arm to a point where the boundary of the Terra Nova National Park intersects the shoreline;

Then running south 83° 30' east 4,275 metres, more or less, to the point of beginning.

All bearings being referred to the true meridian.
