Local Service District of St. Joseph's Cove ‑ St. Veronica's
under the
Municipalities Act
(O.C. 96‑170)

Under the authority of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council makes the following Order.

ORDER

        2.   Boundaries

        3.   Repeal

District continued

        1. The area comprising the communities of St. Joseph's Cove and St. Veronica's is continued as a local service district by the name of the Local Service District of St. Joseph's Cove ‑ St. Veronica's.

Boundaries

        2. The boundaries for the local service district shall be the area comprising the communities commonly known as St. Joseph's Cove and St. Veronica's.

Repeal

        3. Newfoundland Regulation 283/82 is repealed.
