Under the authority of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council makes the following Order.

District continued

1. The area comprising the communities of Ship Cove, Lower Cove and Jerry's Nose is continued as a local service district by the name of the Local Service District of Ship Cove ‑ Lower Cove ‑ Jerry's Nose.

Boundaries

2. The boundaries for the local service district are as set out in the Schedule.

Repeal

3. Newfoundland Regulations 258/84, 163/85 and 121/86 are repealed.

Schedule

Includes all householders residing upon the Port au Port Peninsula along Route 460 beginning at a point 1 kilometre west of the intersection of Routes 460 and 463 and proceeding west to the eastern community council boundary of Cape St. George at Sheaves Cove and all adjoining roads and streets in between.
