Consolidated Newfoundland Regulation 1996 CONSOLIDATED Town
of Seldom - Little Seldom Order Under the authority of section 3 of the Municipalities Act, and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council makes the following Order. ORDER Analysis 1. Short title 2. Boundaries 3. Repeal Schedule Short title 1. This Order may be cited as the Town of Seldom - Little Seldom Order. Boundaries 2. The
boundaries of the Town of Repeal 3. Schedule Beginning at a point on the high water mark of the western shoreline of Little Seldom Cove, that point being the mouth of Bottom Cove Brook; Then in a northeasterly direction 3,425 metres, more or less, to the southern extremity Mile Pond; Then east 4,950 metres, more or less; Then in a southwesterly direction 3,485 metres, more or less, to a point, that point being on the high water mark and 50 metres, more or less east of the southern extremity of Burnt Point; Then in a westerly
direction along the sinuosities of the shoreline passing All bearings refer to Grid North and, as with distances given, are subject to approximation as delineated on the 1:50000 National Topographic mapping. (Reprint of Consolidated Newfoundland Regulation 449/96 as originally
