Schedule Beginning at a point, that point being
the bridge spanning Shearstown Brook on the Then along the northern shoreline of the brook to a point having co‑ordinates north 5 272 680 metres and east 282 490 metres and being some 70 metres, more or less, northeast of an unnamed brook flowing into Shearstown Brook; Then due west to a point on the westernmost extremity of Goose Pond, that point having co‑ordinates north 5 272 680 metres and east 281 416 metres; Then south 89° 00' west a distance of 772 metres, more or less, to a point, that point being the intersection of the centre line of an unnamed road and a power transmission line; Then south 50° 15' west a distance of 1,240 metres, more or less, to a high point, spot elevation 182.5 metres; Then south 27° 30' west a distance of 1,180 metres, more or less, to a high point, spot elevation 157.0 metres; Then south 65° 00' west a distance of 5,125 metres, more or less, to the northeastern extremity of an unnamed pond due south of Grassy Gullies Pond; Then north 38° 00' east a distance of 2,100 metres, more or less, to horizontal control point 92010; Then north 1° 00' east a distance of 800 metres, more or less, to the intersection of New Harbour Road and an unnamed road running southwesterly along Brazils Pond; Then north 12° 00' west a distance of 1,860 metres, more or less, to horizontal control point ROBERT (38017); Then north 54° 30' west a distance of 1,350 metres, more or less, to a high point, that point being on the catchment area of Kelly's Pond; Then in a northeasterly direction along
the catchment area to a Then north 77° 00' east a distance of 2,725 metres, more or less, to a point on the centre line of Glover Road, that point being due south of the westernmost extremity of Spider Pond; Then south 81° 30' east a distance of 3,880 metres, more or less, to the westernmost extremity of Muddy Hole Pond; Then south 63° 30' east a distance of 670 metres, more or less, to the easternmost extremity of First Gully Pond; Then south 32° 30' east a distance of 830 metres, more or less, to a high point, spot elevation of 177.4 metres; Then south 36° 00' east a distance of 838 metres, more or less, to a point, that point being the southernmost extremity of the pond which empties into Bread and Cheese Cove Pond; Then south 51° 00' east a distance of 1,036 metres, more or less, to a point, that point being a horizontal control point M‑120 252, spot elevation 141.8 metres; Then south 51° 00' east a distance of 562 metres, more or less, to a point on the highwater mark of the northern shoreline of Conception Bay; Then in a southerly direction along the
sinuosities of the shoreline at highwater mark passing North Cove, Green Head, All bearings herein refer to grid north, central meridian 53° west longitude, and as with distances and/or co‑ordinates given are subject to approximation as delineated on the 1:2500, 1984, 1:5000, 1984 and 1:12,000, 1971, Crown Lands and Surveys Division Mapping and the 1:50,000 National Topographic Mapping. 168/91; 82/92 ©Earl G.
