of Under the authority of section 3 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council makes the following Order. ORDER Analysis 1. Short title 2. Boundaries 3. Repeal Schedule Short title 1. This Order may be cited as the Town of Stephenville Crossing Order. Boundaries 2. The boundaries of the Town of Repeal 3. Schedule Beginning at a point, that point being on the Stephenville ‑ St. George's provincial electoral district boundary and the Stephenville municipal boundary, that point also being at the summit of an unnamed hill having an elevation of 174 metres above sea level and having a military grid reference of 895755; Then north 20° 12' east a distance of 2,360 metres, more or less; Then north 54° 24' west a distance of 1,830 metres, more or less; Then north 35° 36' east a distance of 1,470 metres, more or less, to a point on the northern limit of the right‑of‑way of the Terra Transport railway track running from the main line to Stephenville; Then in a generally easterly direction along the northern limit of the right‑of‑way a distance of approximately 1,800 metres; Then due east a distance of 50 metres, more or less, to a point on the shoreline of Long Gull Pond; Then in a generally easterly direction along the northern shoreline of Long Gull Pond a distance of 4,400 metres, more or less, to a point on the northern bank of an unnamed brook where the brook flows out of Long Gull Pond; Then in a generally southerly direction along the western bank of the unnamed brook a distance of 2,500 metres, more or less, to a point on the west bank of Harry's River; Then in a generally southerly direction along the west bank of Harry's River a distance of 1,300 metres, more or less, to a point on the northern limit of a road locally known as White's Road where White's Road meets Harry's River; Then due east crossing Harry's River to a point on the east bank of the river; Then in a generally southerly direction
along the east bank of Harry's River a distance of 3,300 metres, more or less,
to a point where Harry's River flows into the Then due west crossing the mouth of Harry's River to a point on the west bank of the river; Then in a generally southerly direction along the west bank of the St. George's River a distance of 3,800 metres, more or less, to a point where the bridge on Route 490 crosses Main Gut; Then in a generally northeasterly and
southwesterly direction along the shoreline of Then north 44° 08' east along the boundaries a distance of 3,760 metres, more or less, to the point of commencement.
