Consolidated Newfoundland Regulation 1996 CONSOLIDATED Community
of Trinity Order Under the authority of section 257 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council makes the following Order. ORDER Analysis 1. Short title 2. Boundaries 3. Repeal Schedule Short title 1. This Order may be cited as the Community of Trinity Order. Boundaries 2. The boundaries of the Community of Trinity are as set out in the Schedule. Repeal 3. Schedule Part I Beginning at a point at highwater mark in the western shoreline of Northwest Arm of Trinity Harbour, known locally as "Herring Hole"; Then running north 82° west 3,200 metres, more or less, to the most northerly point of Indian Pond; Then running south 4,425 metres, more or less; Then running north 75° 2,900 metres, more or less to a point at highwater mark in the western shoreline of Southwest Arm; Then running along the
sinuosities of the western shoreline of All bearings being referred to the true meridian. Part II Beginning at a point at highwater mark in the southern shoreline of Southwest Arm of Trinity Harbour, known locally as "Otter Point"; Then running easterly and northeasterly along the shoreline to Fort Point; Then running southerly and westerly along the shoreline to a point known locally as "Coleman's Point"; Then running north 32° west 1,825 metres, more or less, to the point of beginning.
