of Under the authority of section 3 of the Municipalities Act and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council makes the following Order. ORDER Analysis 1. Short title 2. Boundaries 3. Repeal Schedule Short title 1. This Order may be cited as the Town of Victoria Order. Boundaries 2. The boundaries of the Town of Repeal 3. Schedule Beginning at the most western point of Rocky Pond and then running south a distance of 3,950 metres, more or less, to a point; Then running along the boundary south 88° east a distance of 2,150 metres, more or less; Then north 64° east a distance of 4,725 metres, more or less; Then running north a distance of 300 metres, more or less, to the most eastern point of Forest Pond; Then running in a generally westerly direction along the northern shoreline of Forest Pond to the southeastern boundary of land of Persalvic Regional High School, MTM north 5 292 430 and east 290 102; Then running north along the boundary of Persalvic Regional High School to the northeastern corner which is located in the southern limit of the main highroad to Salmon Cove, north 5 292 643 and east 290 030; Then continuing north a distance of 450 metres, more or less, to a point in the centre line of the abandoned railroad right‑of‑way; Then running north 64° west a distance of 2,275 metres, more or less, to the most easterly point of Rocky Pond; Then running in a generally westerly direction along the northern shoreline of Rocky Pond to the point of beginning.
